Concept – Material, finish and furniture intent.

The design of entry lobby of apartment complex consisting 42 apartments, was inspired by reinterpretation of the classic proportions of magnificent manor home with their spiral staircases, paneled walls and gilded luxury. The utilisation of metal finishes, both in the design of the paneled double height walls and lift lobby surrounds, specially selected black and white geometric floor coverings, and natural statuario marble with signature gilded chandelier provide a twist to the classic, contemporary yet exceptionally elegant.
