Concept – Material, finish and furniture Intent.

The specially designed wall is intended to welcome the residents at the threshold of the entry lobby. The sophisticated installation features an abstract form inspired by the essence of the concept ‘Mountains and the Sea’, creating an alluring focal point upon entry.

The intricately designed feature wall of ‘Mountains & the Sea’ attained its inspiration and narrative from Chinese characters ‘Shan-hai’, representing an all encompassing phrase for the whole world in balance and harmony. The mountains representing a long life, and the sea representing happiness – in harmony together.

The wall is deliberate in its attempt to visually shift back and forth between two and three dimensions through skillful layering of elements – a theatrical display of light and form illuminating the space entry threshold. Careful illumination and reflection extends onto the horizontal and vertical planes, simultaneously suggesting resonance of the element in its entirety, thus connecting users’ emotions visually with the concept 3 dimensionally.

The use of warm timber floors and timber paneling, designer lighting, and mirror accents, juxtaposed with luxurious marble finishes, generates an atmosphere of warm luxury. The use metallic highlights add a touch of sumptuousness to each specially designed, individual apartment entry.
